WhatsApp releases a “highly anticipated” photo editor tool

WABetainfo says the new photo editor tool is the latest addition to WhatsApp’s instant messaging service. It is available on the Desktop version of the software.
A new feature for the drawing maker is a “crop tool” that lets users cut pictures to their exact specs.
“This feature wasn’t in the previous versions, so this addition has been highly expected. The WhatsApp updates tracker says that this version adds the ability to crop photos right inside the WhatsApp test program on Windows. This makes it easier for users to work with media.
The “crop tool” also saves users time because, before it was added, they had to use outside image editing software to crop pictures before sharing them through the Desktop version.
With WhatsApp’s built-in crop tool, users can easily crop photos without leaving the app.
The new feature, however, is not yet available to all users because it was only made available to beta testers at first. It won’t be long before more people can use it.
